The Zum Martin Sepp wine is named after a famous wine tavern in Viennas Grinzig district, owned and operated by the Martin family for generations. It is light and lively on the nose with great citrus fruit aromas. There are bright green apple fruit notes mixed with great minerality and a vibrant acidity. The finish is crisp and clean. Pair with seared sea scallops or raw oysters.
