Nose: Fairly faint hint of peat.Strong sherry mixed with herbs and medicine. A bit ofchocolatey note. Water pushes the peat further into the background (but not out of the picture entirely) and accentuates the cherry cough drop notes.

Taste: Very mellow. Sweet and smoke.

Finish: Smoky. Herbal cough medicine flavoured with artificial cherry. Smoke and peat are most prominent here. With water the smoke becomes a bit drier.
