BREWER’S NOTES:

A dry, sparkling pear cider with glowing pale straw colour, smooth body, crisp but rich flavour and the gentle aroma of a summer pear orchard. Samuel Smiths makes this perry at a small, independent British brewery, the oldest brewery in Yorkshire.

NATURALLY GLUTEN FREE

5% ABV.

Best served at about 44F (7C).

Ingredients water, organic pear concentrate, organic cane sugar, malic acid, yeast, organic pear extract, carbon dioxide.
